I’m sorry my package didn’t get here in time; it may be a month before it arrives. I will enjoy getting it even if it is a little late. No mail came in today. I don’t look for any until the 27th, that’s the way it usually arrives. You have sure had a lot of snow this winter. The ground must have been covered about all winter. Bob said this was the worst winter in years. He sent me Russ Harpers new address. He is guarding war-prisoners down in Miss. I don’t know why he hasn’t wrote to me, I wrote to him over a month ago. I started using the new stationary you sent me the other day. It’s pretty hard to write on because of the creases. I’m not a very good writer but I think you can read it anyway. I was going to church this morning but I forgot about it being Sun. I never know the day of the week any more. They are building a Red Cross here. It will be several weeks before it’s finished, they just started about a week ago. I’ll be glad when they get it finished; there is no place to go around here.
