Have you been getting much mail lately? It has sure been hot today. I went for a swim this afternoon, also washed some of my shorts and socks. I wash them soon as I get them dirty, then I don’t have no dirty clothes to worry about. I just listened to the war news, sounds pretty good. 250 B-29’s bombed Tokyo and caused a fire 15 miles square. We can’t realize how large a fire that is! Maybe this war won’t last as long as some people think - I hope! Do you listen to the news every day? “Stormy Weather” is the movie tonight, I have seen it four times!
