Cooper's Drug Store - 1931

Description

Located on the southeast corner of East Sigler St. and Church St.

Building was built in 1890's and first operated by Ernest Phillips, who then sold it to Bob Adams. Orla Cooper operated it from 1921 to 1937. Mike Brennen operated it from 1937 - 1941. Minnie Saulmon operated it from 1941 to 1959. The Frankton Library parking lot is currently located at this site. From left to right - Rev Schwartz, Methodist Church Pastor, Orla Cooper, Minnie Saulmon, Orla Phillips and Robert Ludlow, present town clerk.
